Using a peeler, peel plantain into long thin strips. Alternatively, plantain can be sliced into thin chips using a mandoline slicer.
Spray air fryer basket with cooking oil.
Place plantain strips into basket (avoid overlapping).
Lightly sprinkle plantain strips with salt and garlic powder, then spray with cooking oil.
Air fry at 350 deg Fahrenheit for 7 minutes (may vary depending on your air fryer). Enjoy!
