This Dalgona variation of iced matcha latte combines milk with a smooth, sweet and whipped topping that not only appeals to the eye but tastes AMAZING!
Place the matcha powder, sugar, milk and heavy cream into a mixing bowl and whisk with a hand-held electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Alternatively, you may whisk these ingredients in a standing mixer or by hand.
Pour the milk of your choice into a glass of ice.
