Place washed basmati or jasmine rice into your Instant Pot, along with rotisserie chicken, ginger, chicken broth, water, fish sauce and sesame oil. Adjust ingredients according to taste.
Ensure the steam valve is in sealing position, then pressure cook using the "porridge" setting (25-30 minutes).
Allow the pressure to naturally release, then serve with desired toppings, such as chopped scallions, fried onions/shallots and white pepper powder. Enjoy!
