Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh corn kernels
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • sea salt to taste
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  • dried parsley optional

Instructions

  • Melt butter on a skillet over medium heat
  • Add fresh corn kernels and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked through with slight brown spots
  • Turn off the fire, then add salt, pepper and dried parsley. Toss to blend and enjoy immediately!
