Preheat your oven to 300°F.
Pour egg whites into your standing mixer and whisk until bubbles begin to form. Alternatively, you can use an electric hand-held mixer or a manual whisk.
Add sugar and corn starch (followed by optional vanilla and optional food coloring) and continue to whisk until stiff peaks form.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and top with the batter, shaping it any way you wish.
Bake in the oven at 300°F for 25 minutes.
