Summer is here and the hot weather makes me long for some iced cold drinks! Besides iced cappuccino, bubble tea and a tasty iced matcha latte, Thai iced tea is on top of my list of favorite cold drinks. This beverage is a menu item I order practically every time I dine in at a Thai restaurant and below I am going to share its simple recipe! Make sure you tag me @rackoflam on social media to let me know you’ve tried it!

Instructions
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil
