Dalgona coffee has taken the internet by storm, as people turn to their electric mixers and manually whisking the mixture by hand to create whipped coffee during the pandemic. I don’t own any instant coffee, so I decided to “whip up” my own variation of Dalgona coffee by putting together one of my favorite iced drinks – Iced Matcha Latte! After just one sip, I understood the reason behind its recent craze!

Iced Dalgona Matcha Latte
Ingredients
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1 glass of ice
Instructions
- Place the matcha powder, sugar, milk and heavy cream into a mixing bowl and whisk with a hand-held electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Alternatively, you may whisk these ingredients in a standing mixer or by hand.
- Pour the milk of your choice into a glass of ice.
- Top the milk with the whipped dalgona matcha. Stir until blended and enjoy!
