How to Remove Corn Kernels from Cob
- Remove the husk and silk from the fresh corn on the cob
- Place the corn cob on a cutting board, holding it firmly on one hand
- Using a sharp knife (please be very careful), gently remove the corn kernels off the cob in a sawing motion
- It may be helpful doing this in a large bowl, to avoid kernels from getting everywhere!

- sea salt to taste
- fresh ground pepper to taste
- dried parsley optional
Instructions
- Melt butter on a skillet over medium heat
- Add fresh corn kernels and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked through with slight brown spots
- Turn off the fire, then add salt, pepper and dried parsley. Toss to blend and enjoy immediately!
